This move is a direct result of the company’s participation in Transport Logistic Shanghai 2026, the largest international trade fair for the transport and logistics industry in Asia, held from 24 to 26 June.

During the three-day exhibition, Dimitri Savytskyy, Managing Director of Silver Runner Kft., held a series of high-level meetings with existing and potential partners from China, Central Asia, Russia, and Europe. The discussions focused on expanding the company’s container fleet geography, optimizing Europe–Asia routes, and improving the efficiency of cross-border transportation. Particular interest was generated by the Europe–China and China–Central Asia corridors, where Silver Runner sees significant growth potential.

“Transport Logistic Shanghai confirmed that the Asian market remains a top priority for us, and having a local presence is critical for responding quickly to client needs,” commented Dimitri Savytskyy, Managing Director of Silver Runner Kft. “We have decided to open a representative office in Shanghai by the end of this year. This will allow us not only to strengthen our work with current partners but also to build long-term relationships with new players in the region, offering local service and swift solutions to any logistics challenges.”

Beyond business negotiations, participation in the exhibition served as an important platform for exchanging experience with industry colleagues. Silver Runner plans to continue implementing best international practices into its operations and strengthening its presence on key transport corridors between Europe and Asia.

The opening of the Shanghai office will be the company’s second international location after its European headquarters in Hungary. It will enable Silver Runner to offer clients a full range of services — from container provision to advisory support at every stage of the transportation process.
